Please, note:

-The ticket reservation must be made 24 hours prior to the required date.

-Transfer available upon request for an additional fee.

-100% prepayment required.

-Locker rental is available upon arrival at the park for $150.00 pesos per day.

-It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.

-All children must be accompanied by an adult.

- Should Jungala close before 2:00pm because of adverse weather conditions, all guests affected will be allowed to redeem their paid admission tickets for a non-transferable, non-refundable re-admit ticket. The new re-admit ticket is valid for a single dayof admission and must be redeemed within one year of the date issued. Rain guarantees re-admit tickets are processed only on the day of the visit at the box office.
